Answers to the questions we hear most often about orders, shipping, and the candles themselves.
Our candles are hand-poured using 100% soy wax, which burns cleaner and longer than paraffin.
Burn time varies by candle size, typically between 30 and 45 hours. Check the product page for the exact range.
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn, and let the wax pool reach the edges on the first burn to prevent tunnelling.
Candles marked "Made to order" on their product page (most of our Spiritual Collection) are poured specially after you place your order, to the requirements you tell us at checkout. Making time is shown on the product page; the cancellation window for these candles is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.

Ready-stock candles can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. A candle made specially for you (such as from our Spiritual Collection) can only be cancelled for a full refund within the window shown at checkout and on your order confirmation -- after that we begin making it and it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
