Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on EmberAura's website.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India. Please check if your PIN code is serviceable at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. Orders above the free shipping threshold qualify for free shipping — check the announcement bar for the current threshold.

3. Processing Time

Luxury Candles (ready-stock): Dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
Spiritual Candles (made-to-order): Require 5–10 business days for making, drying, and packaging before dispatch. The exact processing time is shown on the product page.
Combined orders: Processed on the longer made-to-order timeline.

4. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote PIN codes may take longer.

5. Open-Box Delivery Policy

All our deliveries are open-box. The delivery partner will wait for you to open and inspect the package. If you find a damaged or incorrect product, refuse acceptance and we will issue a 100% refund. Do not accept a damaged parcel.

6. Tracking

A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and/or phone number once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order at /track-order on our website.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 more attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a re-delivery fee may apply.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
